International Women's Day: Global demonstrations highlight women's fight for equal rights

70 volunteers work to build two homes side-by-side during Habitat for Humanity's Women Build Day, Saturday, March 8, 2025, in Vero Lake Estates. The event was created in observance of International Women's Month to empower women in the community by learning skills that encourage self-reliance while working as a team to raise the walls on the structures.
